My first role was in Economic Development, after that elevated to County Board Administrator and again to Director of Operations to the County Executive, operating the day to day operations of about 15 Departments, including Finance, Highways, Land Use, and It. For 12 years I had been additionally responsible regarding preparing and enacting the County’s Spending plan. During this particular time period I also worked two jobs to receive my Associates Degree in Business Management & Bachelor's focusing in Business Management.

For 4 years I also served as the Recorder of Deeds, providing the 1st ever "On Line" property records search system, digitizing records all the way back to the 1960’s, opening up a remote office thru intergovernmental co-operation with DuPage Township, her explanation sharing data together with the Veteran’s Assistance Commission and all governmental bodies-saving tax money, and receiving the County Auditor’s fiscal responsibility award for saving the a great number of tax money.
